This is a result of the unique polygonal shaped cabinet for optimum phase behavior and minimum group time-delay.

Besides, the cabinet is made of 35 mm MDF to increase the neutrality of the cabinet and is equipped with advanced acoustic damping materials to absorb the energy in a wide frequency range. The beauty of the Elegance Collection in shown by the many small details of the cabinet and internal treatment.

The Elegance dB11-S is build with the KBPL (Kharma Bullet Proof Laminate) cabinet technology, which is very high pressure laminate treated with a special coating. The KBPL increases rigidity compared to techniques used in the past, while the coating and dampening eliminates the last traces of resonance. In 2014 this technology has been rewarded with the CES Design and Innovations Award.

The Exquisite cabinets are made of high pressure laminate (HPL) in a multi-layer construction. The cabinets are a piece of art in every way, from the use of perfect materials to construction and finish, all are exceptional. The use of HPL plates causes the mechanical vibrations of the cabinet to damp to almost zero.

This damping of the mechanical vibrations of the cabinet is important, because the cabinet should absolutely have no contribution to the sound field itself. For this reason the cabinet should not emanate vibrations, which is realised by the material of the cabinet.

Moreover all energy from the drivers that is trapped inside the loudspeaker should be absorbed by the cabinet. This is realised by the combination of the extreme dense HPL multi-layer construction and sophisticated acoustical damping. The acoustical damping is capable to absorb the energy in a wide frequency spectrum.

The cabinet of the Exquisite Classique is a piece of art in every way, from the use of perfect materials to construction and finish, all are exceptional. The cabinet is built up using vertically layered panels with carefully computed irregularity shaped cut-outs, which minimizes air born resonance. This minimization of air born resonance inside the cabinet is important, because the cabinet should absolutely have no contribution to the sound field itself.

The combination of high pressure laminate panels, the irregular shaped cut-outs, sophisticated acoustical damping and the de-coupling substance between panels to prevent structure-born energy travelling from one panel to another guarantees a resonance-dead cabinet. The Enigma Veyron line has magical physical dimensions, which are as impressive as the musical performance the products have to offer. The loudspeaker cabinets are constructed from thick Bullet wood panels and the audio rack and electronics from 38 mm thick aluminium plates. Although the constructions are massive but elegant, all components are decoupled from the surrounding by a minimum contact surface created with Tungsten balls placed on Diamonds.
